A warming and hearty winter favourite that will keep you going all day!

INGREDIENTS:
Serves 5
2 Tins Chopped Tomatoes
1 Tin of Cannelli Beans
1 Tin of Butter Beans
1 Tin of Chickpeas
1 Red Onion
1 White Onion
2 Red Peppers
60g Chilli Lahpet
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Teaspoons Marmite
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 lime
1 or 2 teaspoons of sweet chilli
Natural Yoghurt/Creme Fraiche
M,E T H O D :
1. Finely chop the onions and red peppers
2. Saute over a medium heat until soft
3. Add the garlic (crushed), Lahpet and paprika
4. stir well and leave for a couple of minutes
5. Add the tinned tomatoes and beans
6. Season well and add the lime, marmite and sweet chilli to taste
7. Leave simmering on a medium heat for at least 30/40 minutes - the longer you leave it the fuller the flavour.
8. Serve with a dollop of natural yoghurt or creme fraiche (and maybe a splash of Harissa) - to help with the heat
