BEAN N NUT RICE MIX
INGREDIENTS:
70g Burmese Bean And Nut Mix
180g Rice
3 Spring Onions
DRESSING
Peanut Oil
Ginger
Garlic
Lime
Garnish
Chillis
Chilli Oil
Corriander
M,E T H O D :
1. Cook your rice and finely chop the spring onions
2. In a large bowl mix the rice with the spring onions and Bean and Nut mix
3. Once you've made the dressing, stir it in spreading the flavour
4. Garnish with coriander and Chilli Oil (we always recommend Rice Over Everything)
5. Enjoy!
